How do these prices compare with other London clinics?

We checked published price lists from other London laser clinics on 1 November 2026. For six sessions of full body with the face, the prices we found were around £1,590 for women and £1,740 for men, or roughly £265 to £290 a session. One clinic's November offer was £2,094 for eight sessions.

Our Top to Tail is £999 for six sessions in London, or £166.50 a session, and it's the same price for everyone. The same pattern shows up on single areas. We found six sessions of full legs listed at £570 and underarms at £180. Ours are £199 and £99.

Price isn't everything, though. Before you compare any two clinics, make sure you're comparing the same thing: the same number of sessions, the same areas, and the same type of machine. More on that below.

What will my whole course cost? Real examples

This is the question most price lists don't answer. Here's what some of our most common combinations cost for six sessions.

• Underarms only: £99
• Upper lip and chin: £198
• Full legs, underarms and bikini line: £397
• Back and shoulders plus chest: £398
• Five large areas or more: in London, five large areas come to £995, so Top to Tail at £999 covers all of it plus your face. In Birmingham the tipping point is four large areas (£796), against Top to Tail at £799.

And if you're comparing paying as you go with buying a course: one Top to Tail session on its own is £500, so six would be £3,000. The six-session course is £999 in London.

If you need more than six sessions, you can add single sessions at our pay-as-you-go prices: £100 for a small area, £150 for a large area, £300 for Pick & Mix and £500 for Top to Tail. Most people need six to eight sessions in total, so it's worth knowing upfront.

What affects the price of laser hair removal?

• The size of the area. A chin takes minutes. A full body takes much longer and uses far more of the laser.
• The number of sessions. Hair grows in cycles and laser only treats hairs in their active growth phase, so you need a course. Courses work out much cheaper per session than paying as you go.
• Your hair and skin. Coarse or hormonal hair can need more sessions. Darker skin needs a laser built for it, which not every clinic has.
• The machine. A professional laser costs a clinic far more than an IPL machine, and the results reflect that.
• Where the clinic is. Central London clinics usually charge more than clinics elsewhere in the UK, and prices vary a lot across the city.

Cheap laser hair removal in London: what to check before you buy

Cheap is easy. Good is harder. Whichever clinic you choose, ours included, ask these questions before you pay:

• Is it laser or IPL? Some low-priced deals are IPL. Ask for the machine's name and look it up.
• Is a consultation and patch test part of it? If nobody wants to see your skin before your first session, walk away.
• What exactly is included? Check the number of sessions, which areas count, and whether the face is extra.
• What happens if you need more sessions? Ask for the price of extra sessions now, not at session six.
• How long is the course valid, and what's the cancellation policy? Ours is in our refund and cancellation policy.
• Is the finance interest-free? Some payment plans add interest. Check the total you'll pay.
• Is it a real, dedicated clinic? Look for proper addresses, opening hours and recent reviews. We've passed 1,000 Google reviews and we're rated 4.6 on Trustpilot.

Laser vs electrolysis: which costs less?

Lots of people searching for laser are also looking at electrolysis, so here's the honest version.

Electrolysis treats one hair at a time with a fine probe, and it works on any hair colour, including grey and blonde. Because it goes hair by hair, it's slow and usually charged by time, so a larger area means a lot of appointments.

Laser treats a whole area in one pass. That makes it far quicker, and usually much cheaper, for anything bigger than a few stray hairs. It works best on hair that's darker than your skin.

Our honest take: for legs, underarms, bikini, back or full body, laser wins on time and cost. For a handful of very fair or grey hairs, electrolysis may be the better tool. We only do laser hair removal, and we'll tell you if laser isn't right for you. More in our laser vs electrolysis guide.

Clinic laser vs a home IPL device

Home IPL devices are lower powered by design, and they're IPL, not laser. They can be handy for upkeep, but results are slower and harder to see. In our clinics we use the Alma Soprano Titanium, a professional laser that combines three wavelengths, set for your skin by a trained therapist after a patch test.

Is laser hair removal safe for darker skin?

Yes, with the right laser and the right settings. Klarna or Clearpay: which should you choose?

Choose Klarna if you want longer to pay. Three monthly payments give you two months to clear it, which suits people paid monthly.

Either way, you start your sessions straight away. You don't wait until it's paid off.
