Can I ask for a particular therapist?
Yes. Mention their name when you book and the team will check their availability.
Will I see the same person every session?
Where the diary allows, yes. Plenty of our clients stay with the same therapist for their whole course. Just ask when you book.
Are your therapists trained on deeper skin tones?
Yes. Our Soprano Titanium laser is safe and effective on all skin tones, Fitzpatrick I to VI, and every first treatment follows a patch test so your settings are matched to your skin.
Do the therapists work across all three clinics?
Some of our London therapists work at both Marylebone and Monument. If you would like a particular therapist, mention their name when you book and the team will tell you where and when they are free.
What happens at my consultation?
We talk through your treatment, check relevant health information and carry out a patch test. It is also your time to ask about preparation, aftercare and what to expect.
