Full Body vs Pick & Mix Laser Hair Removal
Full Body vs Pick & Mix: Which Laser Hair Removal Package Is Right for You?
You might want to stop shaving your underarms every other day. You might have three areas in mind. Or you might be ready to treat your legs, arms, back, chest and more.
The right laser hair removal package depends on that list. Pick & Mix can offer good value for three areas, while Full Body is worth comparing when you want broader coverage. For a smaller treatment plan, individual area courses can cost less.
At Laser Me Out, our September menu includes all three options across Monument, Baker Street and Birmingham. Here is how the prices work, what each package covers and how to choose a course that fits what you actually want treated.
What is the difference between Full Body and Pick & Mix?
Pick & Mix covers any three agreed treatment areas. The September package includes six sessions for each of those areas. For example, you could choose full legs, full arms and underarms, subject to your consultation and patch test.
Full Body includes the face as well as body areas. It is our broader package, also sold as a course of six sessions. Your therapist will confirm the exact areas included and suitable for treatment before you start. You can discuss any areas you want to leave untreated at the same time.
An individual area course is another option. If underarms are your only priority, you can book a six-session underarm course without buying coverage for other areas.
With any package, agree your treatment areas before purchasing and check the terms for any changes you might want later.
September 2026 laser hair removal package prices
These are the total course prices for six sessions, not the price of one appointment. Monument and Birmingham have new-clinic prices on this September menu; Baker Street has a separate price list.

On this menu, large areas include full legs, full arms, back, and chest and stomach. Small areas include underarms, upper lip, chin, sideburns, neck, hands and feet. Your area classification will be confirmed at consultation.
The examples below use these September course prices. Separate promotions may change the comparison, so check the current price for your chosen areas when booking.
When is Pick & Mix better value?
Pick & Mix is worth considering when you have three areas you want treated. The saving depends on which areas you choose and which clinic you attend.
Take full legs, full arms and underarms. That is two large areas and one small area on our September menu.
At Monument or Birmingham, three separate courses total £647: £249 + £249 + £149. Pick & Mix costs £599, saving £48.
At Baker Street, the same separate courses total £1,097: £399 + £399 + £299. Pick & Mix costs £849, saving £248.
The difference is larger if all three choices are large areas. For full legs, full arms and back, separate courses total £747 at Monument or Birmingham and £1,197 at Baker Street. Pick & Mix saves £148 and £348 respectively.
If those three areas cover everything you want, you have a clear reason to consider Pick & Mix. Think about whether you would use any additional coverage before spending more on Full Body.
Can individual area courses be cheaper?
Yes. Three areas do not automatically make Pick & Mix the lowest-priced option.
For underarms, upper lip and chin, all three areas fall into the small-area category:

At Monument and Birmingham, the individual courses cost £152 less. At Baker Street, Pick & Mix costs £48 less.
That is why we suggest listing your areas before choosing a package. The combination matters as much as the number of areas.
If you only want one area treated, start by comparing the individual course price. For example, a six-session underarm course is £149 at Monument or Birmingham and £299 at Baker Street on this menu. There is no need to add areas you are happy to leave as they are.
When should you consider Full Body?
Full Body is worth comparing when you want treatment across several parts of your body, particularly if you also want suitable facial areas treated. It costs £400 more than Pick & Mix at Monument or Birmingham, and £700 more at Baker Street.
Start with your complete list. Perhaps it includes full legs, full arms, back, chest and stomach, and underarms. On our menu, that is four large areas and one small area, because chest and stomach are grouped as one large area.
Here is how Full Body compares with buying each of those five areas as a separate course:

In this comparison, Full Body costs £146 less at Monument or Birmingham, and £346 less at Baker Street. It also includes broader coverage, which could be useful if there are other suitable areas you want treated.
These figures compare Full Body with five individual area courses. If you are considering Pick & Mix with extra areas, ask whether that combination is available and request a total quote too. This gives you the available options for your exact list before you decide.
There is no fixed number of areas at which everyone should choose Full Body. The decision depends on your particular combination, the applicable offers and how much of the wider package you want to use.
What else matters before you book?
Your consultation and patch test come before your first treatment. Your therapist will assess your skin and hair, discuss the areas you want treated and explain the proposed plan. You can read more about this in our guide to your first laser consultation.
Six sessions describes what is included in the course. It does not guarantee that everyone will need exactly six treatments or never need maintenance. Results vary with factors including hair colour and thickness, skin colour and the area treated; maintenance treatments may be needed later. The American Academy of Dermatology explains these differences in its laser hair removal FAQs.
Before paying, confirm the exact treatment areas, expected appointment length, recommended session spacing, course expiry date and the price of any further treatment you may need. This helps you compare the full commitment as well as the initial package price.
Think about the clinic location too. You will be attending several appointments, so consider travel time and appointment availability alongside the cost. Choose the branch you can realistically return to throughout your course.
Bring us your list of areas
If you are deciding between Full Body and Pick & Mix, write down the areas you want treated and bring that list to your consultation. We can check how they are classified, assess suitability and explain the available course options for your chosen clinic.
Our September offer includes a complimentary consultation and patch test at Monument and Birmingham. For Baker Street, check the consultation price and any redeemable credit when booking.
Book your Laser Me Out consultation and we can help you compare the options for your areas.
