Laser Hair Removal Birmingham on Hagley Road
Laser Me Out is now in Birmingham
Laser Me Out is no longer just a London clinic.
After helping thousands of clients at our Baker Street location, we’ve opened our second clinic in Birmingham at 271 Hagley Road.
Business press have already covered the launch. Insider Media wrote about our expansion and highlighted how Laser Me Out started with our founder Shireen’s PCOS story. Beauty press also picked it up, noting that our London treatments are now available in the Midlands.
But this blog isn’t about the headlines. It’s about what this new clinic means if you live in or around Birmingham and you’re thinking about laser.
Why we chose Birmingham and Hagley Road
Birmingham was the natural next step for us.
It’s one of the UK’s most diverse cities, with a wide mix of skin tones and hair types. That’s the exact community we help every day.
Hagley Road works well for people coming from the city centre, Edgbaston, and nearby neighbourhoods. It’s easy to reach whether you drive, take the bus, or share a ride. It also works for after-work appointments and weekend bookings.
Now there’s a place on Hagley Road where you can talk openly about PCOS hair, facial hair, ingrowns, dark patches, or just wanting smoother legs, without feeling judged or rushed.
Shireen’s story and why the clinic exists
Laser Me Out didn’t start as a business idea. It started with a diagnosis.
Our founder Shireen Forster was diagnosed with PCOS at 17. Excess hair growth was one of her biggest symptoms, and she tried everything. Waxing, shaving, one-off clinic offers, and expensive laser courses that promised results but didn’t deliver.
Across five clinics, she spent more than £7,000 and still didn’t get the outcome she needed.
Laser Me Out was her response to that.
The Birmingham clinic follows the same approach as London. A place where you’re listened to, your skin tone and hair type are taken seriously, and your treatment plan is built for long-term results.
If you want the full background, we also have a blog on PCOS and laser hair removal.
Same London tech and care, now in Birmingham
The Birmingham clinic isn’t a reduced version of Baker Street. It uses the same setup:
- Soprano Titanium laser, suitable for all skin tones, including melanin-rich skin
- Triple wavelength technology to target different depths of hair
- Dry brushing prep to help with ingrowns and improve treatment results
- Shaving add-on if you prefer the therapist to handle it for you
If you have darker skin, PCOS hair, thicker growth, or you’ve had a bad experience elsewhere, this setup matters. A lot of older machines and rushed prep methods are not built for this.
On Hagley Road, you get the same tech, the same prep, and the same treatment plans as London.
Who our Birmingham clinic is for
If you have pigmented hair, we can likely treat it.
PCOS and hormonal hair
Chin, jawline, neck, chest, stomach, lower face, and sideburns. We treat this every day in London and now bring that experience to Birmingham.
Melanin-rich and darker skin
South Asian, Black, Middle Eastern, mixed heritage and more. Many clients are told laser is too risky for them or have been burnt elsewhere. Our setup is built for safe and effective treatment on darker skin.
(See our blog on laser hair removal for dark skin and our Asian skin guide.)
Men’s laser hair removal
Back, chest, shoulders, beard line, neck and ears. Men who used to travel to London can now book locally.
Trans and non-binary clients
Whether you want most hair reduced, certain areas shaped, or support with facial or body hair, the team works at your pace.
(We also have a dedicated blog for trans and non-binary laser care.)
If you’re unsure whether your skin or hair type is suitable, that’s what the consultation is for.
What to expect at your first visit
Your first appointment at Laser Me Out Birmingham is a consultation and patch test. No full treatment happens on day one.
A typical first visit includes:
Chat and medical form
You go through your hair concerns, previous hair removal methods, medication and skin history.
Skin and hair assessment
The therapist looks at hair colour, thickness, density, and how your skin responds.
Patch test
A few test shots using the correct settings for your skin and hair. This checks comfort and safety.
Treatment plan
Once the patch test is done, the therapist explains how many sessions you may need, spacing, prep, aftercare, and realistic results.
If you want a full breakdown, read our blog on what happens at your consultation.
