1,000+ Google Reviews: What Our Clients Really Think About Laser Me Out
More than 1,000 Google reviews. Before anything else, thankyou.
Thank you for booking with us, trusting our therapists andtaking the time to tell others how it went. Whether you wrote a few words afteryour first appointment or shared a detailed review after finishing your course,we appreciate every one.
When we opened in May 2022, the plan was simple: do onething and do it properly. No facials, no fillers, no "while you'rehere" upsells. Just laser hair removal. Three clinics later, that focushas not changed.
This is about more than a number. It is about the peoplebehind those reviews, the therapists you mention by name and the care thatmakes an appointment feel comfortable.

What our clients really think
Thinking about laser hair removal but not sure what toexpect? You might be wondering how treatment feels, whether you will feelcomfortable or how to choose the right clinic.
Reviews cannot tell you exactly how your own treatment willgo, but they can help you understand the appointment experience.
The feedback below has a few things in common: clearexplanations, thoughtful treatment and feeling looked after.
"Absolutely amazing": six sessions with Adreina
Charleen Nhova had sixsessions at our Baker Street clinic with Adreina. She described her therapistas "absolutely amazing" and explained how much she appreciated thecare she received:
"During the sessions I could tell Adreina providedextra care with everything she did"
Charleen Nhova
Charleen also mentioned how comfortable she found hertreatment. First appointment or sixth, your questions and your comfort deserveproper attention.
Feeling comfortable with Naheed
Raisha Mumin shared thisfeedback after her appointment:
"Naheed made me feel very comfortable and sheexplained everything beautifully. I felt relaxed and the session wasperfect."
Raisha Mumin
Daisy Clark also appreciatedNaheed's kindness and professionalism:
"Had a great session with Naheed! She was very kindand professional and made sure that I was comfortable the whole time. Thankyou"
Daisy Clark
Our advice to every client is simple: ask what is happening, tell your therapist how treatment feels and raise anything you are unsureabout. Those conversations are part of your appointment, not an interruption toit.
"My best experience yet with laser"
Simi J described herappointment with Naheed as:
"Naheed was fantastic - my best experience yet withlaser."
Simi J
In the rest of her review, Simi appreciated being talkedthrough the process while Naheed completed her treatment areas.
We want you to leave with your questions answered, notwishing you had asked them.
A welcoming appointment with Masooda
Esha Patel shared thisfeedback:
"Masooda was lovely, so welcoming and informative.Would 100% recommend."
Esha Patel
Sometimes a short review says plenty. A friendly welcome anda clear explanation can make a difference to how someone feels about theirappointment.
To Adreina, Naheed, Masooda and the rest of our team: thankyou. It means a lot to see clients recognising the care you put into your work.

Why clients choose Laser Me Out
There are plenty of laser hair removal clinics to choosefrom. For us, the care you receive matters just as much as the equipment beingused.
One focus: laser hair removal
We are a laser hair removal clinic, not a clinic offering abit of everything.
Doing it properly means more than carrying out thetreatment. It means assessing whether laser is suitable for you, explaining theprocess and making sure you understand the preparation, aftercare andcommitment before you book a course.
The technology we use
Every clinic uses the AlmaSoprano Titanium, and we hold Alma's authenticity badge.
The system combines three wavelengths, 755nm, 810nm and 1064nm, in one applicator, with continuous contactcooling to help keep your skin comfortable during treatment.
The equipment matters, but it does not replace an individualassessment. Your skin tone, hair colour, hair thickness, medical history andtreatment area all need to be considered before deciding whether laser is rightfor you.
Read our guide to laser hair removal for darker skinfor more information.
Support for hormonal hair growth
Our founder, Shireen, has shared her own experience ofliving with PCOS and managing unwanted hair. It is an important part of why shestarted Laser Me Out and why we want you to feel heard rather than embarrassedwhen you ask for help.
You do not need to apologise for the areas you would liketreated or explain why unwanted hair bothers you.
Laser can help reduce unwanted hair, but it does not treatthe underlying hormonal condition. Ongoing growth may mean additional sessionsor maintenance are needed.
Read our PCOS laser hair removal guide, or ask the teamabout our PCOS membership.
Attention throughout your appointment
Our treatment preparation includes dry brushing. We alsoexplain each stage, check how you are feeling and make sure you understand youraftercare.
We want you to feel looked after for the whole appointment, not just while the laser is on.
Three clinics, open 9am to 9pm, seven days a week
You will find us at BakerStreet, Monument and Birmingham, with all three clinics open Monday to Sunday, 9am to 9pm.
Whether you prefer an appointment before work, during yourlunch break or in the evening, choose the location that works for your routine.

Whichever clinic suits you, you get the same SopranoTitanium technology, dry brushing preparation and aftercare advice. Our teamcan help you check which appointment you need and how much time to allow.
Is laser hair removal worth it?
That depends on your hair, your expectations and what youwould like to change about your routine.
If you are tired of frequent shaving or regular waxingappointments, reducing hair growth may make the time and cost worthwhile.
But we would rather be clear than oversell it. Laser isdesigned to reduce unwanted hair over time. It is not a one-session fix or aguarantee that every hair will disappear for good. You will usually need acourse of sessions, results vary and some people need maintenance treatmentslater.
At your consultation, we will talk through your treatmentareas, suitability, session plan and pricing. Then you can decide whether it isright for you.
Your questions, answered
Is Laser Me Out a laser-only clinic?
Yes. Laser hair removal is our focus across our BakerStreet, Monument and Birmingham clinics.
Which laser do you use?
We use the AlmaSoprano Titanium, which combines three wavelengths, 755nm, 810nm and1064nm, with built-in contact cooling. It is designed for use across differentskin tones, subject to individual suitability and appropriate treatmentsettings.
Does laser hair removal work on darker skin?
Darker skin can be treated with appropriate equipment, settings and an experienced practitioner. Suitability still needs to beassessed individually, including your hair type, skin condition and medicalhistory.
What about tanned skin or very light hair?
Tell your therapist about any recent sun exposure, tanningor sunburn before treatment. Although Soprano Titanium is designed fordifferent skin tones, including tanned skin, that does not remove the need forsun precautions and an assessment.
Hair colour matters too. Laser relies on pigment in thehair, so blonde, white, grey and red hair may respond poorly or may not besuitable for treatment.
Does laser hair removal hurt?
How treatment feels varies between people and treatmentareas. Soprano Titanium's cooling system helps with comfort, but that is not apromise that every session will be painless.
You may feel warmth or some discomfort. Tell your therapisthow it feels throughout your appointment so they can respond appropriately.
How many sessions will I need?
We offer six-session courses, but six sessions is not aguarantee that treatment will be complete for everyone.
Hair grows in cycles, so multiple appointments are needed.Your treatment area, hair type, hormonal factors and response to treatment allaffect how many sessions you may need.
Your therapist will review your progress and talk youthrough any additional sessions or maintenance.
What happens at a consultation and patch test?
Your therapist will assess your skin and hair, discuss theareas you would like treated and ask about relevant medical history, medicationand previous treatments.
You will also have time to ask about preparation, aftercare, session spacing and pricing. A patch test checks how a small area of your skinresponds before you start treatment.
When are you open?
All three clinics are open 9am to 9pm, Monday to Sunday.
Can I spread the cost?
Yes. We offer Klarnain three interest-free payments and Clearpayin four interest-free payments on eligible purchases. Ask the team whichoption is available for your package and whether any purchase limits apply.
Both arecredit products, subject to eligibility, approval and the provider's terms.Late fees may apply, so make sure you can afford the repayments before choosingeither option.
Already a client? Help us get to 2,000 with your honest feedback
Choosing a laser clinic involves your skin, your money andtime set aside for appointments. Reviews help someone understand what anappointment was like, rather than relying only on what we say about ourselves.
Did your therapist explain everything? Did you feelcomfortable asking questions? Was there anything we could have done better?
Those details help the next person considering treatment, and they help us too.
We welcome honest feedback, whether it is something youappreciated or something that needs our attention. A review does not have to be five stars to matter.
