Welcome to Laser Me Out!
Thank you for choosing Laser Me Out for your treatments. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before booking any services. These conditions form a binding contract between you and Laser Me Out and are designed to ensure that your experience with us is smooth, transparent, and safe. By scheduling an appointment or purchasing services, you agree to comply with these terms and accept the conditions outlined below.
1. General Information
At Laser Me Out, we are committed to providing accurate information regarding our services, pricing, and products. However, in the event of typographical errors, pricing inaccuracies, or technical issues, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders or to deduct sessions and issue any refunds. In such cases, we may at our discretion; contact you for further instructions or cancel the treatment, refund any purchases, and notify you accordingly.
Please note that if we promote an offer with a lower price after you have already made a purchase, we reserve the right not to honour the new promotion. You cannot ask for a refund and then purchase the new offer, as refunds are only issued due to medical reasons.
You also cannot buy two offers and try to combine them for different areas. It is one offer per person per course. You must wait until one course finishes before starting another.
We also have a 12-month expiry date from the date of purchase on all purchased sessions and courses.
Updated Course Expiry Policy from 1st February 2025:
- First course: Expires 12 months from the date of purchase.
- Second course: Expires 2 years from the date of purchase.
- Third course and any additional courses: Expires 3 years from the date of purchase.
- Expired courses cannot be extended or reactivated. Clients must schedule their sessions within the validity period.
Offers from influencers on Instagram and TikTok are available on a first-come, first-served basis and are limited/time sensitive. Influencers do not need to post terms and conditions on their page, as these are the terms and conditions that will apply to their promotion. Once an influencer's promotion has ended, you cannot ask for that offer, as there are always limited spaces for influencer offers. If the influencer does not specify the number of spaces or offer slots available, Laser Me Out reserves the right to end the offer at any time and refuse it to anyone deemed unfit.
2. Appointments and Consultation
- Prepayment Requirement: All appointments require full prepayment at the time of booking to secure the service. If you are on the monthly payment plan, you must pay at least 48 hours before your appointment. Failure to do so, may result in your appointment being cancelled. You will not be allowed to have your session if you have not prepaid. You must also ensure that your booking interval does not exceed 8 weeks, as this may result in you breaking the payment plan and requiring you to either buy a course or pay for single-session top-ups. There are no refunds or discounts available on payment plans.
- Consultation: All first-time clients must undergo a consultation at least 24 hours before treatment. Regardless of any prior treatments received elsewhere, a consultation and patch test is still mandatory before proceeding with any services.
- Medical Disclosure: Clients must complete a medical form prior to their first treatment and update it if their health status changes. It is the client’s responsibility to provide accurate and up-to-date medical information. Failure to do so, may result in cancellation or suspension of services. Clients are responsible for disclosing any medical changes at each appointment.
- Preparation: Clients must adhere to all pre-treatment preparation guidelines, including shaving the treatment area 24 hours before the appointment and removing makeup, fake tan, oils, deodorants, creams, and perfumes. Additionally, clients should avoid using retinol, vitamin A products, or any active ingredients for two weeks before and after treatment. Laser Me Out will not be liable for adverse reactions resulting from failure to follow these instructions.
- Treatment Eligibility: Clients must be at least 18 years old to receive treatment.
- Children under the age of 16 are not permitted unless accompanied at all times by a responsible adult or designated guardian.
- Time Commitment: Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to complete any necessary paperwork. If you are 10 minutes late for your appointment, we will do what we can during the duration of the booking slot; any missed areas or if the treatment is unable to be completed, we will not be able to rebook missed areas and the course is deducted from your account.
- Late Arrivals: If you arrive late for your session, we will accommodate as much as possible within the remaining time. However, any untreated areas due to the delay will not be rescheduled for a later date.
- Bikini Area Reschedule: If you are unable to treat your bikini area during your Pick & Mix or Top to Tail course, you have up to two weeks from the date of the appointment to reschedule this treatment free of charge. Treatments cannot be carried out beyond this timeframe under any circumstances. This complimentary bikini booking can only be booked in on the day of treatment after the session has been completed; it cannot be pre-booked.
- Hollywood: If you are on your menstrual cycle, you can reschedule your booking within 2 weeks and this won't be deducted from your course.
- No Splitting of Packages: We are unable to split any packages. All areas must be treated at the same time of the package that has been purchased.
3. Client Conduct and Service Termination
- Respect and Conduct: Laser Me Out maintains a zero-tolerance policy for rude, aggressive, or inappropriate behaviour towards staff. Any client displaying such conduct, will have their treatments terminated immediately without a refund. We reserve the right to refuse service at any time if we deem the client’s behaviour disruptive or threatening.
- Unauthorised Offers: Employees are not authorised to offer free services or products without management approval. Please do not ask therapists for discounts, free products, or to treat extra areas. They have clear notes on what you have purchased and what services are being provided.
4. Treatment Outcomes and Disclaimers
- Results May Vary: Each client's response to treatment varies depending on skin type, health, lifestyle, age, and other factors. We strive to deliver the best results, but we cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Dissatisfaction with the treatment outcome is not grounds for a refund or compensation.
- Burns and Side Effects: Laser treatments come with inherent risks, including burns, pigmentation changes, scarring, or other skin reactions. By accepting these terms, clients acknowledge that side effects are possible, and Laser Me Out will not be held liable for such outcomes. Clients must follow all pre- and post-treatment care instructions to minimise risks.
- No Liability for Undisclosed Conditions: If clients fail to disclose relevant medical conditions, medications, or allergies, Laser Me Out will not be responsible for any adverse reactions arising from these omissions. Providing accurate health information prior to your booking on the medical form is crucial.
5. Cancellations, Lateness, and No-Shows
- Cancellation Policy: Clients must provide at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of the session, with no refunds and the session will be deducted from your account if it is deemed a no-show.
- Late Arrivals: A 10-minute grace period is granted for sessions under 60 minutes, and a 15-minute grace period for longer sessions. Arriving later than this will result in the forfeiture of the session, without the possibility of rebooking or refunds.
- No-Show Policy: Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without proper notice will result in the loss of that session. No refunds or rescheduling will be permitted for no-shows.
- Medical Note Requirement: If you are unable to attend due to illness, a medical note must be submitted within 07 days of the missed appointment for management review. Failure to provide evidence may result in forfeiture of the session.
6. Payments and Refund Policy
- No Refunds After 14 Days: Laser Me Out operates a strict no-refund policy after 14 days from the date of purchase, even if treatment has not commenced. Refunds within the 14-day window will only be considered if no treatments have been provided.
- Refunds for Medical Reasons: Refunds may be granted if a client is deemed medically unsuitable for treatment. Clients must notify us within 14 days of learning about the medical condition, and treatment must not have commenced.
- Pregnancy: If a client becomes pregnant, we will extend the validity of their treatment package for an additional 24 months at no extra charge.
- Prepayment Requirement: All services must be paid for in full before the appointment. We accept major credit and debit cards, and cash. We do not accept cheques.
- Updated Course Expiry Policy: All course purchases are subject to expiry periods. Clients must complete their treatments within the designated time frame. Expired courses cannot be extended or reactivated.
7. Promotions, Gift Cards, and Offers
- Promotions: Promotions cannot be combined with other discounts or offers. All promotional packages must be paid in full before the first appointment.
- Gift Cards: Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and are non-refundable and non-transferable. They cannot be exchanged for cash.
- No Price Adjustments: Once a course or treatment has been purchased at a discounted price, no price adjustments or modifications will be made.
- Refer a Friend Offer: We are excited to introduce our 'Refer a Friend' offer to reward our loyal clients. The following terms apply:
- Offer Details: Refer a friend and you both earn £50 in-store credit when your friend purchases a course valued at £500 or more.
- Eligibility: The referral program is open to all existing clients with active courses or completed sessions.
- Rewards: Both the referrer and the referred friend will receive £50 in-store credit upon the friend's package purchase.
- Limitations: Referrals must be first-time clients to Laser Me Out. In-store credit cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another individual.
- Redemption: The £50 in-store credit for both parties will be applied after the referred friend's payment is confirmed. The credit must be used within 6 months of issuance and is not applicable to offers or discounted prices.
- Tracking: The referred friend must mention the full name of the referrer at the time of booking to qualify.
- Non-Transferability: In-store credit rewards are non-transferable and cannot be combined with other promotional offers.
- Exclusions: In-store credit cannot be applied to existing bookings or retroactively to completed purchases.
- Program Changes: Laser Me Out reserves the right to modify or terminate the Refer a Friend program at any time without prior notice.
8. Post-Treatment Care and Responsibilities
- Laser Hair Removal Aftercare: Clients must follow all post-treatment instructions, including avoiding makeup, sun exposure, retinol, and active ingredients for the specified period. Clients who fail to adhere to post-treatment care instructions assume the risk of adverse effects and release Laser Me Out from liability.
- Burns and Irritation: Burns, redness, and irritation can occur following treatment. Clients should contact us immediately for advice on how to manage such symptoms, but Laser Me Out will not be held responsible for the occurrence of burns or skin irritation post-treatment.
9. Liability and Complaints
- Client Responsibility: Clients are responsible for ensuring that all medical information provided to Laser Me Out is accurate. Laser Me Out will not be liable for any issues or side effects arising from the failure to disclose relevant medical history.
- If the pre-care was not followed prior to your booking; the therapist has the right to refuse the treatment and the session will be deducted from your course.
- Limitations of Liability: Laser Me Out will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or economic loss, damage, or injury resulting from treatments. In any case, our liability will be limited to the value of the treatments provided.
- Complaints Process: Clients wishing to file a complaint must do so in writing, either via email to hello@lasermeout.com or by calling us directly. We will respond to complaints within 7 - 10 working days. Should further investigation be required, our team may contact the client for additional information.
10. Force Majeure
Laser Me Out will not be held responsible for any failure to perform its obligations under these terms due to circumstances beyond its control, including natural disasters, strikes, wars, pandemics, or other unforeseen events. In such cases, appointments may be postponed or cancelled without penalty.
11. Confidentiality and Data Protection
- Confidentiality: All client information is kept strictly confidential in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018. We will not disclose your personal information to third parties without your consent unless required by law.
- Use of Photos and Testimonials: With written consent, we may use before-and-after photos or client testimonials for promotional purposes. Clients reserve the right to opt-out at any time.
12. Emergency Procedures
Laser Me Out has clear protocols in place for emergencies, including fire safety, medical emergencies, power outages, and security incidents. Clients should follow staff instructions in case of an emergency to ensure their safety.
13. Special Policies
- Complimentary Sessions: Clients who are unable to attend sessions due to their period must book their complimentary session within two weeks of the date of treatment.
- The complimentary bikini can only be booked in once the session has been completed in clinic.
14. Klarna Payment Terms
Laser Me Out offers Klarna as a flexible payment option to help you spread the cost of your treatment. By selecting Klarna at checkout, you agree to the terms outlined below, in addition to our general Terms & Conditions.
Full-Price Only
Klarna is available exclusively for full-price treatments and courses. It cannot be used with promotional offers, influencer codes, or in-clinic exclusive deals.
Eligibility
Klarna is available to clients who are UK residents aged 18 or over, and approval is subject to Klarna’s own eligibility and credit checks. Laser Me Out does not influence Klarna’s decision.
Payment Options
Klarna may offer:
- Pay in 3 interest-free instalments
- Pay in 30 days
- Financing over 6–36 month
These options are subject to Klarna’s terms and your personal approval status.
Booking Policy
Courses paid via Klarna can only be booked after payment has been confirmed. A consultation is still required before starting any treatment.
Separate Agreement with Klarna
Please note: by choosing Klarna, you are entering a financial agreement directly with Klarna, not Laser Me Out. Klarna handles all repayments, late fees, interest (if applicable), and credit reporting.
Late Payments
It is your responsibility to keep up with repayments as per Klarna’s terms. Missed or late payments may result in fees and could impact your credit score. Laser Me Out will not be held responsible for payment issues once your Klarna agreement has begun.
Refunds via Klarna
If a refund is approved under our policy, it will be issued through Klarna and follow their refund process.
Please note:
Refunds are only available within 14 days of purchase and only if no treatment has commenced.
Refunds for medical ineligibility are considered within 14 days of being notified, provided no sessions have started.
All other cases are non-refundable, in line with our strict refund policy (see Section 6).

15. FLEX ME OUT - TERMS & CONDITION
Please read these terms carefully before purchasing the Flex Me Out package. By buying this package, you agree to the following:
- You can swap any or all of your 3 chosen areas per session.
- Areas must be selected from Laser Me Out’s approved price list.
- The package is valid for 2 years from the date of purchase.
- This offer cannot be used with other discounts, offers, or promotions.
- The package cannot be split, shared, or transferred to another client.
- Sessions must be booked within recommended treatment intervals (usually every 6–8 weeks, depending on the area) for best results.
- Missed or late‑cancelled appointments will count as a session used (cancellation policy applies).
- Only available to:
- Returning Laser Me Out clients who have completed a course (including full body).
- Clients who have had laser hair removal elsewhere and can confirm previous treatment history.
- Not suitable for first‑time laser clients.
- Any upgrade to a full body package after purchase will be charged at the full rate, minus the value already used from this package.
- Laser Me Out reserves the right to refuse the Flex Me Out package if the client’s hair growth pattern suggests a full course on the same area is required for optimal results.
16. Digital Loyalty Programme
Our loyalty programme is fully digital. Your loyalty card lives in the digital wallet on your phone, such as Apple Wallet, and your points balance is shown on the card. Please show your digital loyalty card at reception when you arrive for your treatment. Our team will scan it and add the points to your account.
Still holding a physical stamp card? Bring it to your next appointment and we’ll transfer your stamps across.
How you earn
• You earn 1 loyalty point each time you complete a paid session.
• You must show your digital loyalty card at reception at every visit. Points are added when our team scans your card, once payment for the session has been fully received.
• If you are on a payment plan, points are added once the session payment has cleared.
• Loyalty points are not earned on complimentary sessions, reward sessions, or free sessions.
• If you do not show your card to be scanned at your session, those points are missed. They cannot be added at your next appointment or at any later date. Points can only be added on the day of the session itself.
Your rewards
• 6 points: 50% off your next course.
• 12 points: 1 free session on any one treatment area of your choice from our price list. This means one single treatment area only, not a package, combination, Pick & Mix, or full body session.
• 18 points: 1 free Pick & Mix session.
• 24 points: 1 free full body session.
• Each reward must be redeemed within 90 days of becoming available. If it is not used within this time, it will expire.
• Points used for one reward cannot be used again for another reward.
• When you redeem a reward, the points used for that reward are deducted from your balance. Any remaining points stay on your account.
• All rewards are subject to treatment suitability and appointment availability.
• The 50% discount can be applied to any full-price course, but it cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion, discounted price, or existing account credit.
Points above 24
• Points can continue to build above 24, but we recommend redeeming your rewards as you earn them instead of letting your balance build up.
• Once you reach a reward level, you have 90 days to claim that reward. If you do not redeem it within 90 days, the points linked to that reward will expire and our team will remove them from your account.
General terms
• One loyalty account per person. Points cannot be shared, transferred, or combined across multiple accounts.
• Loyalty rewards have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, products, or account credit.
• Loyalty rewards cannot be transferred to another person.
• The programme launched on 20 November 2024. Sessions before this date do not count.
• Laser Me Out may change, pause, or end the programme with reasonable notice. If the programme ends, you will have at least 30 days to redeem any outstanding rewards.

18. The Legal Bits
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes go to the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can bring proceedings in your home courts instead.
