However, during website revisions, email transmissions, and routine maintenance, occasional typographical or pricing inaccuracies may occur. In cases where an item is incorrectly priced, Laser Me Out may, depending on our decision, either reach out to you for further instructions or cancel your order and inform you of the cancellation.
Appointments
- A prepayment is required to secure any of our services before a booking can be confirmed.
- A consultation is FREE OF CHARGE.
- At each visit, we need a completed medical form, signed prior to arrival. Please inform us of any medical changes as soon as they occur.
- First-time clients must undergo a consultation before receiving any treatments.
- Clients that have had laser treatment before and require top up sessions with Laser Me Out that would like the consultation and treatment on the same day, must sign a waiver form before conducting the treatment.
- Clients must complete all necessary preparations, such as shaving the relevant areas 24 hours in advance and removing makeup for facial treatments, before their appointment.
- We advise that all makeup, fake tan, body oils, products, deodorant, cream, and perfume be removed before arrival. While our therapists will cleanse the treatment area, they are not liable for any adverse reactions if this request is not adhered to.
- Should a client apply active ingredients or retinol to their face within 7 days before an appointment, we will be unable to reschedule the appointment, and the session will be forfeited due to non-compliance with pre-care instructions.
- Please arrive 10 minutes early to ensure all necessary paperwork is completed before your session starts.
- We cannot ensure the same therapist will be available for all treatments throughout a course.
- We strive to begin appointments on time. In the event of delays or necessary rescheduling, we will provide as much notice as possible.
- Clients must be 18 years or older. Those 16 and above must be accompanied by an adult for each session. Parent must also sign a consent form during the consultation.
- Treatment areas cannot be substituted for another during the same course.
- An appointment inquiry does not confirm your booking. A session is only secured once payment is received and confirmed by our team.
- If a session is booked without a consultation taking place at least 24 hours prior, we reserve the right to cancel the treatment.
Please note that individual results from our treatments may vary. Each client's skin and body respond uniquely to our procedures, influenced by factors such as skin type, lifestyle, age, and adherence to pre- and post-treatment care. While we tailor our treatments to provide the best possible outcomes for all of our clients, we cannot guarantee specific results. Rest assured, our expert team will offer personalized advice and support throughout your treatment journey to help you achieve the best results. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we welcome any questions you may have about what to expect from your chosen treatment.
Cancellations and lateness
Please inform us immediately if you anticipate being late or if you are unable to make your appointment. It is essential to notify us via a direct phone call, e-mail and WhatsApp as these are the only accepted methods for cancellation or rescheduling.
- An automated reminder will be sent to you at least 48 hours before your appointment. For sessions lasting 60 minutes or less, we offer a 10-minute grace period. Arrival beyond this period will lead to the forfeiture of the session. For extensive 'top to tail' sessions, a 15-minute grace period is provided, after which our therapists will do their best within the remaining scheduled time without the option to rebook individual areas.
- Our cancellation policy requires a 48-hour notice. Any changes or cancellations must be made before this window. Failure to attend your session for any reason, including family emergencies, train strikes, or work obligations, will result in the loss of your appointment.
- If a client's lateness prevents the completion of all scheduled areas, these areas will not be eligible for individual rebooking as complimentary sessions.
- While we aim to honor all appointments, we cannot guarantee compensation for delays caused by the clinic.
- For lateness or absence, please contact us at 020 778 4712 or via WhatsApp at 07759053705. We do not acknowledge Instagram DMs or voicemails for communication regarding lateness, rescheduling, or rebooking.
- Should your menstrual cycle coincide with an appointment, we offer a complimentary rebooking of bikini treatments if you prefer not to proceed with the session.
- We ask for understanding in instances of staff sickness or emergencies, which are beyond our control; affected clients will be rescheduled.
- In the event of technical issues with our equipment, we will need to reschedule your appointment for another day.
- Please note that we do not provide compensation for travel expenses.
